As the Director of Accounting and Auditing, Saul brings a deep expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and risk management to the organization. With a proven track record of ensuring financial transparency and efficiency, Saul oversees the firm’s accounting operations, internal audits, and regulatory reporting.

With 23 years of experience in accounting and auditing, including leadership roles at Price-Waterhouse Coopers and at the state of Florida, Saul is a trusted advisor on GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations. Sauls' commitment to excellence ensures the firm meets its fiduciary responsibilities while driving sustainable growth for its partners and and portfolio companies.

Saul holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Miami and is a certified public accountant
