Ian Powers

Senior Portfolio Manager

Mr. Ian Powers will oversee the Real Estate and Property Development Portfolio for the Firm. Ian has been in real estate development for almost a decade. His career started off as a project manager at Landis Development in Oakland, Ca. While at Landis he was instrumental in the redevelopment of the 100-unit Posada De Colores senior housing complex.

He will oversee operations of the development process. Duties included the coordination and management of the site acquisition and zoning/permitting process with legal professionals, and construction managers. As Principal responsibilities include site feasibility, underwriting, entitlements, design, financing, construction, marketing, lease up, and dispositions of multiple real estate product types, including for rent and for sale multifamily, mixed-use, and senior living. Mr. Powers provides overall direction to manage the broad aspects of project development, including feasibility, finance, zoning/land use, design, construction, and leasing.

Mr. Powers holds a B.S.. in Business Administration and attended the University of San Francisco.
