Senior Portfolio Manager

Mr. Bowling will oversee the Real Estate and Property Development Portfolio for the Firm. Brian has been in real estate development for almost three decades. His career started off as a project manager at Operational Capital Solutions in Shaker Heights, OH.

Brian’s experience and successful performance encompasses high-level leadership in Ohio, Wisconsin, and Illinois. His training as a Black-Belt in Lean Six Sigma allows him to take companies from struggling to improved process and profits. Industries served are Lending, Marketing, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Hospitality. With over 10 years’ experience in residential and commercial lending, Brian’s knowledge allows him to refer clients to lenders that match their specific needs. Previous loans, ranging from Churches, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Hospitality. Loan amounts ranged from $100,000 to $2,500,000; however, current referral relationships allow his clients access to over $50,000,000.

In the manufacturing world, Brian’s experience has been in the food industry. Products have included chocolate candy, Cheese, powered protein, and ready to eat meats. Brian’s experience has ranged in savings of over 3 million dollars with a return on investment of under two years.

Working with discretion and detailed information is one of Brian’s strengths. He finds it easy to do detailed work accurately while keeping information confidential. Brian’s follow up is dependable and he listens to the voice of the customer.

Brian is a family man with one son and he loves to play golf.

Mr. Bowling holds a B.S.. in Business Administration and attended the University of San Francisco.
